Within
our continuing efforts to provide the very best customer service
to our current and future clients, eID is proud to announce
a new on-line ticket support system to more quickly and accurately
handle your support and feature requests.
Setting
yourself up is quick and easy and will be done by simply logging
in to the content management screen as you normally would
with your username and password.
From there,
you will see a link at the very bottom of your main page titled
“ Do you have a SUPPORT or FEATURE Request? Click
here to go to the Support Page! Simply click that link
to be brought to our main support feature page where you will
set up your support account by registering with a user name
and password.
We hope
that this new 24 hour 7 day a week customer service feature
will further enhance the customer service we strive to provide
our clients. As always, if you have an issue you feel you
